LEFT SIDE COLUMN:
List of 4 Content Icons, categories, with ability to add additional
When a new article is input a category will be selected via the Admin and articles will sort and appear in chronological order, newest first, when these links are clicked on.

MIDDLE COLUMN:
Rotator banner should center over this column.
When an article is posted one of four CONTENT ICONS is automatically placed in the listing when the category is selected. You will determine the size of the icons and design them, the size is always static and the image appears on the left of the entry. Note: Admin gives option to override the icons with a photo grabbed from the Internet
On top of the Icon the date of the posting is automatically stamped in blue, it should fit above the Icon.
The top line, next to the Icon should be the Category name.
2 lines of UPPER CASE type should be allowed for a headline, and 3 lines of Upper/Lower case should be allowed for copy
Entire posting should be able to link to a web address.
RIGHT SIDE COLUMN:
This should be a list of the ten most popular stories under the heading "Most Popular" and they should link to the stories.
