Need a Wordpress web developer to build a SEO responsive website application for my short term(1night+ Airbnb) & mid term (3months+) fully furnished accommodations + property management Services I offer. 1. Web App will allow guests to book accomodations & pay online. 2. Property owners can list their properties on my website & manage themselves or can use my property management services for them. Website for my property management section that I want is like my competitors' 'MadeComfy' [login to view URL] & 'HomeTime - [login to view URL]' But what differentiate them from us is: 1. They only offer their services to city + beach areas in Sydney. But I offer services to other areas that they don't. 2. They only do Airbnb management but I offer + manage Mid-Term (3months+) accomodations too as Sydney's introducing new law restrictions to Airbnb. Website for short term(1night+ Airbnb) + mid term (3months+) accomodations we offer I want is like Flatio - [login to view URL] but the difference is: I want website able to upload videos not virtual reality. & Deposit Required Mid term (3months+) Guests are: 1. 25-35 yo 2. For work (contractors) or study 3. people don't have place to stay & looking for their next permanent accomodation 4. home owners renovating their homes Short-term guests are: 1. Travellers 2. Short business trip for work 3. People visiting families in local What I also need are: 1. Online sales proposal + contracts that enables e-signature 2. Online new client bording pack that lists items (in pictures) that they need to prepare 3.A customer portal (or some sort) that integrates sales from different platforms, costs of sales & net profit etc for transparency reasons 4. An internal team communication feature enables viedo/picture uploads or livechat so I can make sure everyone is on track & I can give any support they might need 5. Auto/customised mobile texting - multimedia contents - pictures 6. Tracking performance based on each property, by month& year 7. Calendars integration from different platforms Website needs to have but not included: 1. Smart phone friendly / SEO Responsive 2. Search by dates /location/ Google map+ enable to upload 50 photos & videos 3. Verify IDs & Enable Online booking + payment (stripe getaway, online bank transfer & Ali Pay) 4. Online enquiries/feedback + auto replies via emails + mobile text 6. Auto 'Thank You/Welcome'/Check-in Instructions/Check-out messages via email & mobile text 7. Connect to Accounting/Invoice system- Wave & Customer Relation Management System 8. Enable sync calenders to various different platforms- airbnb , [login to view URL], HomeAway, Agoda, Gumtree, Facebook etc 9. Enable property owners/ managers list properties on my website for rent, enable we take payments for their bookings & transfer payment to them. We charge service fees based their booking income 10. Extra services we provide: airport/ train station pickups, laundry service, grocery delivery, local mobile phone/wifi, local public transportation &local bank account setup assistance 13.
