Build me a Shopify website

We are currently running a simple webpage, but we need an urgent upgrade to full Shopify store. This is the scope - Create a brand new store, with reference to a Shopify store (we will grant you the access right once it is registered) - Closely reference to the reference Shopify store, in terms of layout, functionality, review capabilities etc (no need to match colour theme). - The colour theme should be similar to our existing webpage - The new store would have about 20 to 30 product pages, which we will need your help to create. - Additional function: Allow visitor to click a "Customisation service", which comes with a fixed price. We should be able to disable this function completely in the future if necessary, via the admin page - Supply some relevant stock images (smiling images of families), minimalist icons for benefit illustration etc - Create up to 30 product pages (each up to 3 sizes) for us. - IMPORTANT: Mention that you have read the [login to view URL] to confirm that you have viewed the pages before quoting - Free shipping for all order to home country - Fixed rate express shipping to other country, divided by about 10 zones, on each of the 3 sizes - Payment method 1 : Paypal / credit cards (you will have to link it up with our paypal email) - Payment method 2: Manual payment: Local Bank transfer (Singapore only). Customer will then receive a message with the payment instruction, and we will make the Shopify order as Paid manually after receiving the payment. - Currency: Default to our home country currency You do not need to - Design logo - Copywriting - Take photo on the physical product Note: We will use your reference link to sign up the Shopify account, if you have it available.
