I need a basic program designed that will take a alarm input feed from an IP camera, and translate this into a software based map on a PC. IP Camera with alarm input. > alarm triggers > Shows alert on PC. This needs to happen with multiple (same brand/model) cameras. The software will need to have a GUI that allows the user to add a image such as a floor plan or map. This will then need to have the different camera alarms added to it. When an alarm is triggered - the alarm will show on the PC, to show where it is on the map.

hi, I read your project requirements. when a motion is detected by the camera it trigger voltage on/off on it's digital output cable. I think you might need some extra hardware to detect the pulse and then send it to the PC. we can discuss. please let me know which is camera you may use. thanks
