It should be a clean, light and attractive website where owner and users both can upload their DSLR or any pictures (Based on some categories i.e. Abstract, Nature, Street, Portrait) for mobile or desktop.
Based on the same, We can announce winners of the week, month year. And the best picture of the week, month or year.

- Should Have User's Account (Sign In/Sign Up with Email Id's and Other Basic Information).
- While Uploading, Two Options should be populated (Desktop or Mobile).
- Everyone can vote and comment on every pictures uploaded by other users. Also can share the same on social networks.
- Focus on the graphic design, It should be clean and User Friendly.
- Image Quality of the Uploaded Image should not be reduced.
Tabs:
1. Dashboard - Top 10 Pictures of Current Week, Month and Year and a Upload Button.
2. My Photos - Uploaded Pictures by Users Category Wise.
3. My Account - All Basic Information of the User with Log Out Button.
4. Admin Dashboard - This will be for Owner where he can see all the signed users, total number of uploaded pictures by users and access their uploaded photos.
It should be in PHP which we can modify and customise later if required.
