Build a WordPress site from Figma designs

We have Figma designs for a new marketing website and are looking for someone to build it in WordPress. We would like you to build it so that we can easily edit all the content. This will be a fixed price project, agreed after looking at designs. Everything must be tested on mobile and desktop browsers, and be SEO optimised. We also want everything managed through git and composer. At the top of your bid please include what technology you will use to do this.
