Re-Captcha On WHMCS Login Page

We are getting a large amount of brute force attempts on our WHMCS client area so we want to install Recaptcha on the login page.
Please only bid on this job if you can start very soon, complete the job within the next day and have previous experience with Google Recaptcha.
This job should barely take 15-20mins at max. I need a hook for it, so i can disable, and enable it whenever required.
all i need is a hook for enabling and disabling recaptch on WHMCS login page (can login only if captcha verify)
by enabling and disable i mean
if i remove the hook
it goes
and if i upload the hook again from ftp
it comes back
