Code a script that reads numbers from a GSM and signs up users on a website

I need a script which will read the phone numbers and received messages that are in a GSM and use that information to sign up users on a website preferably using Python HTTP requests but could also be done using selenium. The script should be able to randomise emails for the users and there should be a file where i can set the password i want for the accounts and a file for the proxies the users are made with.
