The tendering procedure/auction for the WordPress site can be coded. The main features to be coded on the existing site are: a. Admin can only create logins to user and provide the login and password through email to the participant user. User can login to the site and can view the tender page. Each tender is only for about 30 minutes and the count down clock to be displayed on the page with minutes, seconds decreasing. User can enter the tender amount - tender amount above his previous value can be entered. - amount in the multiplication of 1000 euros - all currency prices to be displayed with 3 digit decimal symbols display - properly marked with currency format with 'periods'. - upon entering the amount the system will display a confirmation popup and user can either submit or cancel. - submitting an amount will send an email to admin and also updates the amount in the Alle Gebote section in the descending order. The page layout for the form for entering the price, display of the tender amounts, etc to follow the provided guidelines in the requirement document. b. Admin options: 1. Admin can add new listings for accepting tenders/auctions. 2. The main data that can be entered for creating new listings are: - reference price, residential flat area, nutzflache, place/location, Grund, Image / 3d view embed as iframe. 3.
