E-commerce Site w/Giveaway Functionality

I would like an e-commerce site developed; which will retail clothing apparel. The site will need to have the conceptual functionality of 80eighty.com. Similar to 80eightycom, users will achieve sweepstakes entries per the dollar value spent on the site (example, a user will earn 1 sweepstake entry for every $5 spent on site). At the end of each month, we will collect all the entries and select a winner, which will be awarded the grand prize.
There should be a customer Sign-Up/Login interface which will store user’s information and a tally of their sweepstake entries (which will reset each month).
The site will also need stripe API integration for merchant processing.
Backpanel Admin to update (add/remove) inventory, change pricing, manual override to increase/decrease user sweepstakes entries, as well and entry:dollar value ratio.
