We require the skills of a developer who has experience in developing and customising Joomla, HTML, building online e-commerce, profiling of customers, international currency and API hooks into bank or financial institutions and have sound knowledge with functions of a community based online newspaper Our site will represent an information sharing community of local people, businesses, buying, selling, swapping, trading of goods, events, services across local and national areas. Modern, fresh, clean, sharp. We already have an HTML front end. The Joomla backend will need to be coded and development required to integrate. We have already mapped out the framing and design Skills in both HTML, Joomla are required. Reference sites would be district advantage We have deadlines within to keep. 15 – 30 days to finish. Milestones payment will be made after each task has been completed and we both agree. Please detail your experience and reference sites if possible.
