I have setup a Haproxy on a Centos server to laod balance multiple HTTP proxy servers . I would like to configure the haproxy to perform health checks on the proxy servers to ensure they are indeed active. Note that I have used the standard "check" directive on the haproxy config but this is not sufficient. I will recommend to use icinga2 docker container for monitoring that will provide vast more option that just the heath checks like auto heal when inactive. But if you want to do it via haproxy than no issue will deliver that in less time.
