Hello, the main reason of errors is that the mysql adapter is deprecated since PHP 7. You can simply solve problem be renaming mysql functions to mysqli functions. Also keep in mind that mysql is not only deprecated functions and I need to look at errors log file to remove all errors. What regards to update joomla version, I need to take a look to code modifications and modules.
