convert phpbb2 forum to phpbb3 forum - mysql php etc

I have cpanel and want to convert my forum from phpbb2 to phpbb3. I can install phpbb3 on my domain but I need help converting my forum database from phpbb2 to phpbb3. If I provide you with the database can you do the conversion then send me the converted file so I can upload it to my new installation of phpbb3, or if you will require server access let me know.
