I was given an old project and tasked with taking care of it. Problem is that the server we are hosting this on stopped supporting the old mySQL extension. I'm not a web developer at all and a trainee at best so I'd need someone to do the coversion for me. They are about 115 files with varying levels of code that needs to be changed.

The problem is that your budget is too low - its not worth the time for a skilled programmer to do this work at this rate; I have made my bid at a reasonable rate, with delivery in 3 weeks or less.
