Create an Adware with Admin Panel

Hi there, I'm looking for a custom adware. It should run silently. It should serve ads in default web browser based on users entries (keyword/domains). Ads will be popups and ad banners. The adware should look like a legit software (e.g. a movie player, a game installer, a driver update...). I will distribute it through websites providing downloadable content. I should be able to manage everything in an admin panel. For more information, please contact me so we can discuss the details.
