create ESPOCRM workflow to notify through telegram bot

Hi Friend, Hope you're doing well. We reviewed the open source CRM. Being honest, we haven't worked with it but see no reason why this can't be the first time we work with it and be successful. What we are assuming is you already have a telegram bot in place and there is a certain workflow you wanna create with ESPOCRM, once the workflow gets to its destination you want to send across a trigger to the telegram bot. Let us know if we assumed it right. We would prefer having a detailed discussion call regarding the same before we proceed with the work. We look forward to hearing from you soon on this.
