Create a givewp form with dynamic donation amount

We use [login to view URL] and affiliatewp plugins within our wordpress site.

We need you to create the following dynamic givewp donation form:

Donation amount:

Latest db Input * User variable (give_donors_purchase_value + affiliate_wp_affiliates_unpaid_earnings)

So eg donation amount is 0,1 * 100 = 10

Hide donation form

Once that donation is sent, hide the form or make it unfunctional/inactive (can only donate again when a new db input is made)

That´s all, no other fields are needed

You should have good experience with developing wordpress and preferrably with the give plugin too.

The donation amount should not be enabled to be altered by the user.
