Create Joomla-mall with built in view from Instagram MUST SEE PDF!!

Good day, I need a solution to be inplanted in my upcoming Joomla based website. The website itself is for adding Instagram followers and likes to specific accounts and images. My demands require that the website can identify username and email on instragam and show images and account details on my website. More specifically, I need for the function to do the following (also shown in PDF): Intro: Customer gets to click on either purchase Likes or Followers. BUYING LIKES Step 1: Customers choose one of our 6 packages and then clicks next. Lets say they choose package 2 with 500 Instragram Likes. Step 2: Customer fills in his/hers Instagram details consisting of USERNAME and EMAIL and then klick next. Step 3: The system shows the customers images that they currently have posted. Only the 16 most recent images are shown. A LOAD button is shown below the images if the customer wants to reveal more images for his/hers Instagram account. Each image has a small white box in the corner that changes color when selected. The customers will see on the top hand corner the number of Likes they have to add to thier images. If the Customer has selected 2 images for example and also choosen package 2 with 500 Likes, it will show that 250 Likes will be added per image. If the customer chooses 5 images, then it will read 100 Likes per image. Once the customer has chosen how many images to distribute his/her Likes, they click on to next. Step 4: The customer gets a summary of the order. Here, the customer’s email, Instagram Username, chosen pictures, package, and price are shown. To create more sales, the summary page will suggest adding additional likes for a cheaper price. The number of likes will be half of whats chosen per pic and offered for half the price. Those specific numbers will be given to you. But Basically, if a customer has chosen package 2 with 500 Likes, costing 40 dollars, and the customer selected 5 images, giving 100 Likes per image, then the system will offer 50 likes (half of what the customer has already chosen per image) and offer that for 25 % discount of the original price. The customer gets in total 250 more Likes (50 likes per image). In other words, 40 dollars – 50% - 25% = + 15 dollars. If customers chose to add more images, a small confirmation is shown and the price is regulated. Customer then proceed to checkout **When the customer proceed to check out, their order, with Username, email, which package, what image are to be added with likes, if extra likes are added is sent sent to a certain email as a confirmation. Step 5: The customers after having pressed proceed to check out ends up at a paypal site that shows the purchase summary. And that’s it! BUYING FOLLOWERS Similar process BUT LOOK AT PDF. Now the website will have the typical about us, terms and contact as well. But we will do this basically. The important things is that the above functions and website platform are built.
