Create 2 new upload fields in WPRentals Theme (WordPress)

READ BEFORE BITTING I have a theme called WPRentals. I need to add 2 new upload fields on the My Profile section, right now there is 1 which is the "Profile Picture" but I need to add two more fields for the user Driver License and the Company Registrar Certificate. Most of the theme works saving with AJAX which is kind of the tricky part, the documentation is really explicit on how to add new fields but I don't know how to add a new UPLOAD field like the one they have, you can copy/paste the code and make it work with your php magic.
