For a system use user directory (i.e. /home/~user001 :user002 :user003 (create a .htpasswd php mysql login where a admin user can create new passwords for new users alter passwords for existing users the passwords must be created in php and stored in mysql (preferably not hashed or salted) the system must work with .htaccess as the security needed is on a directory base rather than a site base.
