create a plugin list for a trade portal and offer consultation via a project process

I need a wordpress expert with excessive plugin knowledge in plugins suitable for performing the following tasks: -Portfolio Product management without Prices and shopping cart -Export - Import of the above portfolio products -Assign SKU to user/member (perhaps using categories/portfolio is enough) -Content restriction for partial information within any page or at least on forms. -form filling, finalizing into a PDF online or uploading a ready pdf/excel or doc, editing document online and sending out automated email upon completion or update -database of saved forms with the possibility to search and filter view -automated emailing set up per functions performed To make it easier to understand: I am working a private trade portal and I need to allow access for selected member levels and help the online administration of offline Purchase and Shipping activities. Also I need to ensure smooth and partially automated communication in between Staff, Suppliers and Agents. As well as set up a directory and data management system. I need a list of plugins that you think will be suitable for my project and I will need to consult with you or perhaps award a new project to set up individual plugins. I am thinking to solve the form issue with Ninja forms but I am opened to new ideas. I have attached my work file for your reference.
