Create a Wordpress Template

I am a professional web designer with over 150 active websites that I designed and maintain for my clients. Most of these sites were built on Flash. Several of those Flash sites have auto-loading mobile versions. Many do not. Lately I have been doing most all new sites on Wordpress using and modifying custom themes that I purchase. Currently I am spending lots of time building Wordpress based sites when I should be designing them and handing the designs off to be built. This will give me more time attract and work with more clients. So the skills I know I need in backend development are: Wordpress, custom Wordpress themes, customizing existing Wordpress themes, PSD to Wordpress, PSD to HTML, Flash, building all sites to be mobile responsive and more. I need assistance in not only building but in making changes and additions to existing sites. I often need a quick turnaround and require the Freelancer to be based in U.S. or Canada. I have been told that the theme I used is “out of date” and “not mobile friendly” and assorted other issues. Click on the Robin Ray Eller image and it wall open her website in a popover window. I want to be able to do this easily and to sort and arrange them by categories that I create.
