I have a website build on a custom CMS with custom design build 10 years ago when mobile was not top display. As at this point i don't want to rebuild i need a CSS specialist to build for me a truly responsive css that will show my website with no errors on all pages. Also as needed update for the exsiting css / html tags. The CSS specialist should also have a little experience with php as a part of the code it's generated by php and of course should have big experience html. At this point there is already a responsive css done, BUT it's not perfect and i want it to be perfect including: responsive menu, correct alignment, correct photo resize, correct photo gallery show. What is important it's that my website structure (titles, content, url etc) should not be changed. My website is [login to view URL] My budget it's 250 USD but with full css upgrade.
