Desktop App for Price and Cost Calculation -- 2

We need a desktop app that is either browser based, based on Access or VB.net. The app should be used to calculate product prices in Europe with different currencies, costs and target markets. The user interface should address the audience of normal business people, familiar with modern business application. From an overall business perspective the concept is covering all kind of pricing elements in sales order processing. Such includes the traditional B2B customer target group, as well as B2B and B2C eCommerce markets. At least from an eCommerce point of view the tool shall target more in a 'calculate minimum selling price' direction. From a geographic perspective it takes care of the target markets of various European countries and is thereby covering several currencies. From the responses to this advertisment we will provide some selected candidates with our detailed project requirements document after signing an NDA. For a first impression of the document and the preparatory work for the project we already provide the table of contents, as well as the already developed Process chart. Depending on the contract covering the software development, all rights of resulting documents like technical design documents and source code belong to our company. Furthermore, the developed application has to be for our company exclusively and entirely, including all rights to sell the application. No additional selling or re-use from the developer side of the application or their elements (e.g. like data structures) are allowed w/o permission of our company.
