TO DEVELOP WORD PRESS WEBSITE WITH ADDITIONAL FEATURES AND FACEBOOK INSTANT ARTICLE SETUP AND APPROVAL

We are managing many Facebook pages related to beauty tips. I want to develop a website which looks similar to [login to view URL] and with objectives similar to providr.com. The site should have dashboard for the publishers and for that they must signup using their email id. publisher will go through wizard during signup where they will provide necessary information like no of facebook likes, name, payment receving method info etc (it is recommended that developer of the site should go through signup process of [login to view URL] which is also similar nature of site). after signup process the owner of the site will approve that account if it fullfills eligibility crieteria for publisher. The site should have chat support option on dashboard only for publisher. The site should have social media icons (like and share) buttons so that visitor of the site can share and like that particular article. Most of the above features are already available in wordpress through plugin which is not a big challege.
