We are looking for a professional freelancer/company to build an eCommerce portal for our online supermarket business.
Technology:
WordPress With Wocommerce
Features:
1- All standard eCommerce Functionalities
2- Shipping - No need to configure any courier partner right now. We deliver items using our trucks and therefore would like to deliver the items to a set of preconfigured postcodes only.
3- Need a feature to allocate delivery time for each postcode. Also, customers should be able to select a preferred time slot and date.
Eg:
Scenario1 :
a- Customer is placing an order to postcode 3806 on 24-Jul-2021
b- As per our configuration in the eCommerce portal, we can deliver to this postcode and need two days to deliver.
c- Customer will get an option to select a preferred time slot starting from 26-July-2021.
Scenario2 :
a- Customer is trying to place an order to postcode 4580
b- We won't accept the order as we can't deliver to the postcode 4580.
Scenario3 :
a- Customer is placing an order to postcode 3804 on 24-Jul-2021
b- As per our configuration in the eCommerce portal, we can deliver to this postcode and need one day to deliver.
c- Customer will get an option to select a preferred time slot starting from 25-July-2021.
4- We should be able to configure the allowed postcodes and time frame to handle the delivery to each postcode.
5- Option to autofill address. (Australian address only). if any API service is required, please let us know.
6- The delivery charge will be zero for orders worth a certain amount.
7- Delivery charge applies for orders below the configured amount.
8- Option to configure the various type of discounts: Seasonal Discounts to products, Percentage wise discounts, value-based discounts, quantity-based discounts etc.
9- Report generation.
Other Important Points to be Noted:
1- The theme should be mobile responsive and should give importance to the mobile layout.
2- Should follow all web standards, image optimizations, speed tests etc.
3- Hosting Server: We will share access to our hosting server for configuring the e-commerce portal.
4- Configure payment gateway: [login to view URL]
5- Should share a detailed manual to handle the eCommerce portal:- Adding new products, Categories, Sliders, Order Processing, Report generation, Postcode configuration with delivery time frame, delivery time slots, discounts etc.
6- Colour themes and logos will be shared.
7- Should be ready to sign an NDA.
Work Flow:
1- Should share the designs (Both desktop and Mobile layouts) of all important pages (Home Page, Category Page, Single Product Page, Shopping Cart Page, other common pages etc) for our approval.
2- Implement approved designs into the theme and configure the features.
3- Test features, performance, layout etc.
4- Upload to our server and share detailed manual for user acceptance testing purposes.

1- If any feature mentioned above can't be implemented or there is a restriction, should specify clearly
2- Detailed Timeline
3- Payment Terms
4- Terms for post-delivery bug fixing and support
