Ecommerce Website (Laravel + Vue / React)

We need an e-commerce website based on Laravel or the latest OScommerce.
Here are some of the requirements we need.
READ CAREFULLY !!!
FRONT-END:
* We have PSD designs which we want to convert into VUE or REACT for the fastest results / responses
* Pages will require independent loading and best mobile optimization too
* You need to be able to create the front-end from our designs and fully integrate it with back-end system
BACK-END:
* We need a lot of classic e-commerce features so you have to use some solutions such Aimeos, Bagisto, Lunar, etc. (LARAVEL framework)
* You can possibly use OScommerce but only the latest version (based on Symphony framework)
* We need multivendor solution - we will have multiple stores who can sell and manage their own products and have their own CMS (dashboard, customers, orders, catalog, products, statistics, invoices)
* Each Vendor will have its own page with info / account and also a brand name (owner info)
* There will be two types of customers ... normal customer and company customer. Company customer have company details and they can purchase without online payment (invoice only).
* Site will have a switch on top to show prices included and excluded the TAX. This is in real time.
* We will need GOOGLE API - calculate distance between the store and delivery address, show store location on the map, show customer delivery address, calculate estimated delivery time....
* We well need bulk product upload and update via CSV / XML files plus user friendly bulk file uploader
* Customers can only buy products from one store at the time. If they want to visit and purchase from other store the shopping bag will be cleared after prompt confirmation. Each order is from 1 store only.
NOTE: these above are just unique features we want to have in our store. Other than these we want all the classic e-commerce features such invoices, online payments, page manager, discounts, statistics, etc.
SKILLS:
* Must be experienced with E-commerce !!!!
* Must be experienced with PHP / Laravel or OCS / JavaScript / AJAX
* Need to be experienced with VUE or REACT
* You should be familiar with some Laravel ecommerce solutions such
(Aimeos, Bagisto, Lunar, Vanilo or OScommerce)
PROJECT INFO:
* No crazy estimations we are looking to get this done up to 4500$ !!!
* You must have good reviews and communicate properly
* Regular updates 2-3 per week are required.
* Milestones will be discussed via chat
* We are looking to start asap
