Editing a fee management system + fixing bugs/features in codeignitor based school management system

Editing Fee management with following needs; 1 fee management must be based upon months. 2 fee heads needs to be assigned to specific [login to view URL] First create fee heads say monthly fee, admission fee [login to view URL] assign them to a specific month. say in january's fee invoice tuition and transport fee is added. upon printing invoice for Jan, both fee heads must be mentioned. 3 arrears could be added in next months [login to view URL] janunary fee is not paid, there must ba way to print jan's fee in feb's fee invoice (along with fee details-fee heads). There should be a way to charge late fee (either based on no of days fee is late/no of months fee is late). Also Jan's unpaid fee (arrears) could be printed with march/april or any other months fee with option to charge surcharge. 4. there should be a way for fee discount - scholarships. sibling discount or any other reason. fee discounts could be based either fixed/percentage of a fee head or fixed/percentage of a months fee excluding/including arrears. 5. Invoice layout must be changed. i will provide a sample 6. option to print bulk invoices for a class/section or for just one student. 7. Carry forward unpaid fee of a previous session to next. Say session ends in August and current session is 17-18 and if a student's fee is unpaid for jun, july and august then i should be able to carry forward these to next session and i must be able to print these unpaid months fee in any unpaid months fee invoice. say for session 18-19 sept fee is paid then i could print last session arreas (fees caried forward) in octuber fee invoice. Editing Library Module 1. adding users from other usertypes to members list. Students are already added but teachers, receptionest, librarian etc are not added.
