Example how to use Amazon to store reserved area documents

Reply with "AWS" at the beginning, no automatic bidding! This is a project to get an example on how to solve a problem! From my web application (it is a Laravel 4 application), I want to save documents in the cloud using AWS and this is ok. Then I would like that when the authorized user wants to get his documents, they will be directly downloaded from Amazon, without passing through my web server and consuming my bandwith. The problem with this is that this is RESERVER MATERIAL, so cannot be accessibile to anyone who may have a direct link to the document on Amazon. I want to know if it is possible in any way to let each docoment to be accessibile only to the authorized users (the administratios and the user itself) If this is possible and you know how to do it, please bid on project. What I will need to to get a simple web application made with Laravel 4 that can show how to do this in practice. Please ask me in case of doubt, maybe I was not so clear.
