I would like to improve on the Excel spreadsheet attached....
=>We can use MS Access for development. This is single user or multi user database?
1. Summary Sheet – we assume summary sheet is the report
2. Scheduling – Can you explain how the Scheduling works?
3. Dashboard – Do you want to create all charts on the dashboard?
We assume following are the input sheet and required separate table and forms.
1. Estimating – Job No, Address, clientNo, Company , AgentName, AgentNumber, Customer Name, Tenant name, Comments, Is Estimating, Site Attended , cost
2. Project – Job No, Links to Job, Power PM, Client PM, CustomerName, ProjectEnd, Status, SiteStartDate, etc all fields on Summary Sheet
3. Client – Clientid, Name, Address, Email, Phone No.
4. Prestartand & Inspection List – Job No, Address, Client Details, Date, Assigned to, Status, Notes.
5. Quote & Material – Job no, Scope, Budget, Quote requested, Supplier, Quotes Received, etc
6. Tiling Quotes – Job No, Address, Area, Sent , Ready, Tile , selected etc
7. Rescom Reinspections - Job No, Address, Task, Attended, submitted, Invoiced.
8. Variations - Job No, Address, Task, Submitted, Approved.
