They must also be very good with mysql and how to optimise very large database

In database there are many MILLIONS of products.

Every night stock quantity is updated via a cron job.

I want to make it so that on the site, the products with stock are always ENABLED on the website and those products which have 0 stock OR 0 price, are always DISABLED.
