Finalize my google maps project

I would like to be able to connect a map to my facebook group. Where the members can register themselves at a location, for example, a town where they live or by using their zip code. So when you check the map you can see pins where if you click on them you will get a short info about the person living there. I tried this myself using google maps, fusion tables, and a questionnaire. It's a good way to go and almost done but it was too difficult for me to finish by myself. So a person should be able to answer the questionnaire, the information should be automatically sorted in an excel file and then transferred to the map and create a pin and some info.
