Fixing e-mails woocommerce - Today?

Hi, we have installed a woocommerce plugin called "WooCommerce Order Status Manager" This plugin let us make extra order statuses, andlet us create extra custom e-mails for each new order status. However the plugin use the correct header design and correct footer design for the mails. - The "top text" is customized in the plugin and worke great except that the header text is not added to the email. The biggest problem is that it choose a wrong theme design for the order details. The e-mails generated from woocommerce status /core e-mails use the right theme for the order details, så I guess this just a matter of adjusting some html codes, or copy the theme to the correct folder, but we have noe idea how to do that. For this reason we need a expert in woocommerce coding/ email function. Its in a hurry for us and we hope to have it fixed by tomorrow since customers will start using our webshop again. We can give you admin access to our wordpress site, and File manager thru c-panel if needed. Hoping that some expert can help is quickly!
