Help with CSS Styling New Wordpress Site

I am redesigning an existing blog with the Enfold Wordpress theme. I know some HTML and CSS, but not enough to be very fast or create clean code with out a lot of time-consuming trial and error. I would like to hire someone US based by the hour for what might be a couple hours of work to start with, then more on and off as I go forward with the site redesign. I usually communicate with Freelancers via email, and can in this case, but it might actually be better and faster to talk on the phone while we both look at the site so I can explain what I need clearly. Again - I'm looking for someone US based and fluent in English, for a few hours of help getting my web site re-design styled up to look like I want. Thanks for bidding.
