1 to 2 hours of PHP & API work

I have a PHP function that sends a confirmation email. I believe it uses PHPmailer, but it might be normal PHP email. I'd like some values from a different database table and some text to be added to the email. All the data will come from my existing database. The other main task is to integrate an image compression API into my image upload script. This will be for my own use. It's not used a lot, but I'd like the compression automated. I have an API key for TinyPNG and this integration would also be PHP. Finally, I have a Google PageSpeed error (Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content) I'd like fixed. The error wasn't solved by using aync or defer with the CSS and JS, so it might not be fixable. I won't give negative feedback if it can't be solved. I've attached the existing image upload files and a version of the email sending function with certain things redacted. I've also attached screenshots of the tables you'll be using for the email. If the first two things take a little longer than expected, the PageSpeed issue can be considered a bonus task/not necessary.
