On an exisiting page listing items (restaurants) a link with icon 'review this place' is added for specific items.
When clicking on the link, a page opens with, at the top, the name of the item and picture under it.
Under these, a form allows to rate from 1 to 5, and then to write a comment in a text box.
Both fields are mandatory.
Finally, a send button allows to post the data to ADMR. A thank you message confirms to the user.
After user sends the post, ADMR receives an email with the name of the user (from login), the name of the rated item/restaurant, the rating score and the comment text.
