hybrid ionic app for truck driver and customer with GPS tracking

This app is for customer who need heavy vehicle for moving big things like furniture from city A to City B. We need Hybrid ionic Mobile Application for providing On Demand truck with driver and helpers to customer who want to shift things from one location to another location. This project requires separate applications one for customers and one for driver application. Will need admin panel in php for driver. This includes the tracking,trip,route,GPS,accounting, history and more.. to drivers and customers. -payment system for charging customers for the service and paying drivers their earning via credit/debit card or cash amount. -kind of logic as uber for calculating the price taking into consideration both distance and travel time. summary: 2 Separate application and admin panel. 1)App for customer 2)App for Driver, individual driver and company who have trucks and drivers 3)admin panel to manage both apps and other common settings. The apps need to be 100% reliable as the business will depend on it. In brief the functionality built into the system should allow the following •Customers can sign in and sign up •Customers can book driver from initially 3 choices of primary vehicles(Winch/truck/Trella) based on the journey, vehicle type and availability •Customers should be able to track the status of their driver (On my way, waiting, journey started etc) •Customers should be able see a the cost of their fare and be able to add feedback and tips •Customers should be able to see driver profiles when selecting their 1,2,3 of available drivers •Customers should be able to pay via for their ride via payment gateway •Customers should be able to see history of rides, and print them if needed •There should be 2 way in app communication available to driver and customer •Drivers should be able to accept offered jobs •Drivers should be able to set their schedule of avaialability •Drivers should be able via single button press set there status for each ride ie on my way,waiting etc •Drivers should be able to see full history of all their jobs , sort , filter and print off •Drivers should have ability to provide feedback on customers •Drivers should be able to communicate in app with customer •Driver should see full job details including client details, notes , journey , discounts, applied etc •Backend system should allow complete overview of current past and future bookings •Backend should allow rates setting on fixed, variable and fixed plus basis •Numerous reports should be available to assist running of the business •Adding drivers and driver profiles •Payment of drivers calculations and history •System should allow sms and email notifications to customers and drivers with editable templates It needs to be professionally done and with the utmost expertise.
