Input form and member area on Wix

I am working with WIX members and input forms. I need to have it so that each user can fill out forms (read and write) in their area that is only accessible by them and admin. To use Wix's Recipe metaphore. A user puts in a recipe that is stored in his account. He can view the recipe and modify it later. No other members will have access to this recipe, only the user himself and admin in the data collection. Background: I set setting up forms and data collections but as the each user over writes the other. Example: User 1 fills out form and the data collection is updated. The data now shows up on User 1 and all other users.
