Interactive Chart GUI

Looking for an experienced JQuery developer to help create a GUI that turns an existing line chart (see attached) into an interactive graphic (tentative design also attached) that users can hover their mouse over and the data will change, both on the graph and in a table below the graph. This GUI would be needed for insertion into a website and/or an outlook email if possible. I would need the source code that would be used in a website. The $5MM shown in the attached picture is meant to represent the $5MM in reduced cost relative to competitors. The whole point of this interactive graphic is to show customers that this new software both saves money AND is a better product. If you have any design suggestions I would love to hear them. Here is how the software works --> customers spend a certain amount on legal costs ("legal spend"), and this software saves them money / reduces the amount they spend on legal costs. This software also costs money, so there is a "net benefit" of reduced legal spend after they buy this software. Our software is cheaper than competitors, and also saves more on the same amount of customer legal spend. I will provide a more exact formula to the winning bidder. The numbers shown in the attachment are dummy numbers, just so you get the idea. Again, the coding language I'd prefer is JQuery, and I'd need the source code once done. Finally, again, please let me know if you have a better design.
