Inventory Management / Admin Login

Hi need a simple admin/front-end inventory management system. This is very simple and should be and online one.
Here is how it will be structured:
In begining there will be two main buttons on screen, Process a return and Purchase/price lookup
Process a Return (this is a button)
a. How many items returning?
b. Scan item 1, scan item 2...
c. Returning SKU'S n134 and n453, click Enter to accept
d. items returned to inventory thank you..
Purchase / Price Lookup (this is a button)
a. How many items purchasing / looking up
b. Scan item 1, scan item 2...(they will input numbers)
c. total items scanned (displaying item(s) description, item(s) prices, discounts applied, and quantity in stock)
f. Card in hand ? If yes apply 15% on if no other discount given
e. Finalize sale or EXIT (if finalize, sale recorded and deducted from inventory)
