'Locations' and 'Find Location Near Me' Tool for WordPress Website

We are almost completed development of a new 'WordPress' website for a small business, and looking to find a very experienced WordPress developer for one specific feature/function/area of our new website. - We are looking to add a 'Locations' page, which has a map and list of locations, very similar to what you'd see on Restaurant websites. An example would be: [login to view URL] As you can see on this example, there is light-weight, interactive map showing with icon representing each location, as well as a 'list' up left hand side of all locations and basic location information. We prefer this example, as it is very 'simple' and 'branded' to the company. We seek the same! We want you to show YOUR examples of ones YOU'VE built. First and foremost, SHOW EXAMPLES OF WORK YOU'VE DONE EXACTLY LIKE THIS - We are ONLY looking for developers whom have built this exact sort of tool before, AND HAVE DONE SO ON WORDPRESS. Note: THE MORE EXAMPLES YOU CAN PROVIDE, THE BETTER! We ONLY want you to provide examples of those BUILT EXCLUSIVELY BY YOU - not a team, or projects you were part of, but that you yourself built this exact tool. - Secondly, the other component of a project is a 'Find Locations near Me' tool, where, a user can put in their Postal Code (we are in Canada, so 'Postal Code', not Zip), and a pop-up will show locations within their vicinity, based on proximity of 'postal code' entered. - Please provide us the details of your experience in these sorts of tools, and as well as your examples, please provide INSIGHT into WHAT WIDGETS OR PLUG-INS YOU WOULD USE TO ACCOMPLISH OUR NEEDS IN THIS PROJECT. - Cost is certainly a factor. We want someone who has done this before with great success, so we know they can do very quickly and accurately without wasting time.
