Looking for Full Stack Developer to work on retainer basis for 6 months

We’re looking for an experienced full stack developer to help complete and kickstart our new Job Portal . The project is based on Core PhP. To complete all of the deliverables, the right developer will have experience in the following: 1. Familiarity with API Creation and RESTful services 2. Web fundamentals like HTML, JavaScript, and CSS 3. Core PhP 4. Translation of designer mock-ups and wireframes into front-end code 5. Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and system design. 6. Database administration and management of a hosting environment 7. API design, development and implementation 8. Web Security 9. Must be familiar with AWS 10. Ability to work in face paced environment 11. Ability to work on International / Singapore time API Integration Required: Payment Processor, Other, Social Media Project Stage: Fully Specified Ongoing project: Designer, Developer Project Type: Ongoing project You will be asked to answer the following questions when submitting a proposal: How familiar are you with developing Job Portal? Can you work in different timezones? Any work we can see? Please note this will be an ongoing project and we are hiring on retainer basis.
