Magento 2 fixing some issues for website and mobile version my limit is 50 USD -- 2

Hello, 1.) i have a magento 2 system and there i need some tiny support stuff, mobile version must be fixed there is a lot not there what is on the desktop version is there for example the header and the footer and this stuff, it must be more useable. 2.) and on one of the 3 templates must be change the color for the buttons from blue to green 3.) all pictures on the website must be compressed, for example logo and all grafics like the slider and this stuff. (Logo have 1,7 Mb must be decrease a couple of Kbits 4.) also the front pic must be config where on all 3 domains is shown the woman, there must be change the text, that everything fits for jerseys, in german, english and spanish please, there must be fixed something that this window is usefull for jerseys. Mabye you can suggest me something for point 4.), that this point looks good.
