Magento 2 site - Porto Theme Customisation & Tweaks

Looking for an expert Magento 2 developer with experience with the Porto Theme. We are moving our Magento 1 site to magento 2. The dev site is up and running with majority of the work completed. We need the Porto theme customised based on our old site. All design; layout and formatting can be taken from old system. Majority of the remaining tasks are small changes to templates. The following task needs competing: 1. Home page setup, customise 2. Product Page setup minor updates 3. Search Page setup minor updates 4. Cart Page setup minor updates 5. Payments Page setup minor updates 6. Contact Us page minor update 7. Order Confirmation page, setup and update 8. Update System emails, Oder confirmation and invoice email 9. Setup auto email for customer feedback 10. PDF invoice design 11. Newsletter setup, mail chip, pop up, etc 12. Add custom blocks to main pages and make minor changes 13. Make changes to main pages, so information is formatted better, add custom blocks, such as reviews, testimony etc 14. Install 2-3 plugins if required, remove or disable modules not required 15. Insert all tracking codes, Google, Facebook, Bing, Google Adwords etc 16. Testing and setup payment gateway, paypal, amazon, plugins already installed 17. Upload final customer data from old site 18. Speed and optimisation as required on site (coding) and off site (server) 19. Other changes as required to make the site safe, secure and fully operational on all browsers (mac and PC) and mobile devices. 20. Do full launch test checklist, remove all demo data, magento data, images etc 21. Complete Launch check list and setup site to live.
