Make post script to pass variables to multiple APIs and append file on server

I need to you make a php script that grabs data from a woocomerce product backend and frontend page and runs a script using some of the values The product page (frontend) will have a Date, Activation Time, Deactivation Time, and time zone. The page will update regularly with new dates & times. The product page (backend) will have the following: $subdomain $location $username $password 1 hour before these times i will need the script to run and setup a server from a snapshot and make some api calls. example: 04/11/2019 | 11:00 AM ET $subdomain $location $username $password $activateTime $deactivateTime The $subdomain, $location, $username, and $password can be found on some wordpress product backend pages. Using the example above we will run a cron job to scrape these values from product pages with a future date only. 2 hours before the activation time of any product the following will run: 1. API call to Digital Ocean to turn a premade snapshot into a VPS using the picked $location from the product page (backend). 2. Get the IP from the VPS made and API call to cloudflare to point the $subdomain to the vps IP from step 1. 3. API call the IP to a whitelist (will provide api doc) 4. ssh2 into the server and edit a specific existing squid config file line with the $activateTime $deactivateTime - the snapshot of the restored server is in UST so we need to change the times to the correct time zone before storing them or change the server time & time zone. run a squid reconfigure command (/usr/sbin/squid -k reconfigure) 5. ssh2 command to add the username and password as a squid user (htpasswd -b -c /etc/squid/squid_passwd username password) and run a squid reconfigure command (/usr/sbin/squid -k reconfigure) 6. Terminate everything when finished at $deactivateTime will be the time to undo everything (delete server, delete subdomain, delete ip from whitelist) 7. Change a value on the product page backend, Submit and then change the value again and submit the button again.
