I am looking for someone to create a data base for loan officers. We will pay our loan officers a set compensation say 220 basis points. then anyone they recruit we pay them 10 basis points. Anyone they recruit we pay 10 basis points, and a third line down we pay 10 basis points. So the loan officer can get paid by their downline closing loans. I plan to have several different compensations plans that we will need to select when we hire someone. Example 220 basis points per closed loan or 200 basis points per closed loan. the basis points are based upon final loan amount. a $100,000 loan will pay out $2750 to the shop, the loan officer gets $2200 for it. Also I want to be able to click on any given person in the downline and see what closed loans they have done so I will know what my commissions will be as a sponsor. Also I want it to all be able to export to Excel, and have a password reset built in for every user so it is automated if the password needs reset.
