Most Viable Product needed in 3 months

I need a new website to house the MVP (or the beta stage) of my project for testing before a full site is rolled out. I need you to design and build a platform where users can post and accept wagers for fiat or cryptocurrencies. I’ll send the wireframes and share further details once the offer is accepted. Skills needed: Apache, php, cent os and knowledge on api technology. Internet Security and a background of hacking is an asset. Time frame: 3 months Please note I’m not looking for a VA to design, build and disappear I’m looking for a talented reliable long term manager and administrator preferably VAs that work in teams.
