Move Wordpress Website to New Wordpress Template

We are looking for somebody to help transfer our old WordPress website to a new template in WordPress. All of the content for the pages will remain the same despite looking different in the new template. Most of the images will remain the same although a few will be changed or replaced. The biggest changes between sites will be: - spacing between images, buttons and text. - add two more pages. (content and images for these pages will be provided during the project). - text added to the top right of the template. new template does not have this by default and it needs to be there. - possibly new plugins if they don't work properly in the new template. Eg. sliders and tables. Preferred candidate must be able to make changes outside of the custom editor or wizard that comes with the template. For example, not all theme wizards allow you to change the default colors or fonts. Knowing how to make these changes in the back end is required for this project. (Changes must be permanent and not break once the theme is updated.) It's also very important that the flow of content from our old site matches on the new site. For example if our old site starts with an H1 title, followed by an H2 title, followed by an image. The new websites content must follow the same layout and flow. Lastly, website must be created/tested on a server that you own. We will provide you with a backup of our website that you may use when transferring the website over to the new template. (Our server is restricted to certain IP addresses and can cause problems when testing.) If all goes well with this project, we have three more websites that need to be created.
