Multi Vendor Bitcoin Market

We are planning a Multi-Vendor-Marketplace which uses Bitcoin and Monero as payment. It should have 2 main categories, virtual goods (like CD-Keys) and real goods (like Laptops). It should be coded, if possible, in pure php without 3rd party components. Security is the goal number one, so no Javascript. The payments should run without a payment gateway. The design can be clean and minimalist. Features that need to be included: ### The market should provide a basic set of marketplace features that allows vendors to sell their products and buyers to buy them. Registration, Profile & Login -Users sign up with a username, password (captcha) -Users log in by entering username, password and solving a captcha -Users can edit their passwords, define a PGP public key Become vendor -Every user without current orders is allowed to become a vendor -A Fee is requiered to become a vendor optionally for real(100€) or virtual(50€) goods or both(130€) -If the user has defined a PGP key (required for vendors), he can upgrade his profile by clicking 'become a vendor' -Before he can create listings, he needs to set payout adresses (up to 100 adresses possible) Order lifecycle -Buyers see all public listings on the frontpage and can sort & filter the products (searchable by 'tags' that can be defined on products) -Buyers can see the rating & feedbacks of vendors on the vendor pages -Buyers choose if they want to use monero or bitcoin -The buyer now pays the required funds on the server adress within a certain time (30 minutes). The market automatically picks up the payments and sets the order to 'paid' -The vendor now ships the goods and marks the order as 'shipped' .The shipping info is wiped at this moment. -The buyer receives the goods and marks the order as 'received'. The money is now released to any of the vendors adresses (random). -As soon as the order is paid, one of the parties can raise a dispute that an admin has to resolve (see Admin interface) -If the buyer dont take action at all after 7 days the vendor marked the order as shipped, the money will be released to the vendor automaticly -For virtual goods it should be the same except the Code is displayed automaticly after the payment is received on the server wallet. The buyer then has 2h to create a dispute Rating & Wiping -After an order is completed, the buyer has the possibility to rate the vendor (1-5) and leave an optional comment -14 days after completion of the order, the order can be deleted. Admin interface -create categorys, delete offers, ban or delete accounts etc -Set commision % and Vendor enter fee -Admins see the open disputes (that either buyer or vendor has raised during the order lifecycle) and solve them by discussing the dispute by leaving messages (same as buyer/vendor can) crafting a new transaction that pays a certain amount to buyer & vendor -create free invite tokens for vendors -set server commision and fee wallet adress The private Keys for the commision and vendor enter fee should not be needed on the server.
